Tips :
- PDF files are the preferred format ! I cannot stress this enough, as text formatting, fonts & colours are faithfully reproduced. Word/Powerpoint/Publisher files are not suitable although we will print them, no responsibility will be accepted & formatting changes will not be corrected. :-)
- Thesis Printing - save your final file as a PDF (see above :-) ,
Word files are unsuitable for final printing as formatting can change.
- Insert blank pages in your document where you want the back side of your double sided page to blank. eg Cover page is page 1, blank page is page 2 - so that when you duplex page 2 is on the back of page 1, making your document look professional. Continue this through your document, the even number page is your ''back'' page. And remember we can print your selected colour pages ( see above).

File Formats Accepted For Printing
READY TO PRINT PDF FILES
It is industry standard to provide this. It is also industry standard to provide crops & 3mm bleeds for flyers, invitations , business cards etc. Files need to to be supplied in PDF, in saying this we will do our best to accommodate other types of files. if there is no other option. Non PDF files will have issues so please understand this. Regardless of file type, we do however expect your files to be reasonable, with quality images, critical items not on the edges of documents and margins left for binding.
If you bring in a USB drive you will be asked the name of the file, and what folder it is in etc. Please have this info ready to give to staff when asked.
We strive to provide the best printing for you and take pride in our work.
As we pride ourselves on our efficient service be advised that once files are emailed printing may occur at any time including after hours so please do a final check of your documents and emailed instructions before sending and please do phone if you think there might be an issue.
Once files are accepted by email they are considered ready to print.
Management reserves the right to request deposits or full payment before proceeding with printing at any time.
PDF is the preferred format ( no responsibility taken for font or formatting issues for files not provided in PDF)

Although it is not industry practice, we also accept a variety of normal type papers from other suppliers at the print managers discretion. Please be aware to avoid disappointment that it is advisable to inquire first before purchasing your paper stocks. Unfortunately handmade papers, transfer, or foil papers , acetates and some other papers will not be accepted.

EFTPOS facilities available. We accept tap & go payments and Visa, Mastercard, Amex. There are no surcharges but there is a $2.50 purchase minimum to use EFTPOS. Cheques are no longer accepted.
Direct Debit is available by prior arrangement. Cash is accepted.

A designated carpark is available behind the store enter via Devon St. Street parking is available in Devon St for short term parking. For easy access to Cost Less Copies, customers can use the carpark entrance to enter store. The carpark entrance has a small set of steps to the landing, the front entrance on Ipswich Rd has a flat entrance.
